IMO, ASND is higher year from now. With or without takeover. Their business is strong.

I would imagine if/when either company is acquired, the other will go up in value. I recall several years back when a friend opened a jeroboam of Lafite Rothschild something or other, leaving only one in the world, its value doubled overnight.

Newbridge and Ascend are the top ATM providers and there are many out there who want their technology.
