I just hooked up a second monitor to my computer with windows 98. Want to use this since I trade often.

My second monitor is on but the only thing is showing is the background color, no icons, no windows task bar.

I was hoping to use my second monitor to pull up different sites, say charts while my 1 st monitor had quotes on it. Is this possible?
