"I favor the right to personal prayer anywhere. No one ever denied you the right to personal prayer anywhere.... Do you want religious symbols on display in public places? "I want individuals to be able to display such if they wish." You want to proselytize in the public square.... For example, if someone wants to put a Christmas or whatever display in a park, fine with me. I don't care either, but I wonder why it has to be on public property...there is plenty of space in front of the churches...no one could object to that. "If a judge wants to hang the Ten Commandments on his wall, thats okay too." That is not OK......has nothing to do with our system of justice and everything to do with religion. "If a teacher wants to wear a crucifix, thats okay." I don't think anyone objects to teachers wearing crucifixes.. People have had problems doing those things though unfortunately. The important issue is religious expresssion (like prayer) or display of personal religious articles (crosses on a necklace or pictures on a wall) shouldn't be banned from public. Where is jewelry banned? Religious pictures in a public building is not OK... Do you want Creationism (ID) taught in public schools? "Creationism, no. As for ID, I don't have strong feelings about this but it would probably be good to teach that the ID hypothesis exists" What's the difference between Creationism and ID and what is the evidence for that hypothesis....don't give oh, things are so complicated there has to be ID... "and that atheism is not a scientific finding." Who teaches atheism has anything to do with science?? Who teaches atheism??? "We have a century's worth of experience that shows it doesn't matter what they teach." ?????
