It may appear that KAA is demonstrating the capability to guide the CVIA Shell into some form of success. However these are simply ideas, and they are useful because they give an indication that the shell is valuable. It is good to think about ideas of usefulness. Try to imagine the vast number of possibilities that have not been expressed! This is a creative practical manner of thinking, and is harmless to the present agreement process. It is an error and a distraction to point at this "idea making" as detrimental to the CVIA/WOTD talks in any way. The issue being examined is the legitimacy of the ongoing CVIA/WOTD agreement process, and that alone, and as I am lead to understand "only part of that" as well. I don't think the focus of this inquiry is designed to expose any delicate intricacies that should foul WOTD's legitimate interest in the matter in the terms of "properly allowed privacy rights" from what I have heard. I am sure any inquiries/demands that have been imposed allow WOTD to decide whether to remain in the talks or discontinue without any wrongful inconvenience on it's own merit. And, contrary to any statements made otherwise, that the same demands/inquiries are designed with the thought that CVIA remain in the process in the interest of preserving its maximum value; and the next move forward or backward belongs to WOTD. Naturally, turning to Jack once more for "special favours" is an alternative where WOTD can appear to remain perfectly stable in this. I do not approve of this inhumane situation. These are "only my thoughts" about what is being properly designed as KAA offers and receives direction in quite simple legal matters as opposed to Jack being offered and given direction from the greater number at a bargaining table. Those at the table "will still be morally accountable"; but if they read it here, they will immediately turn the statement into nothing. But that in no way means the statement is false. Anyone desiring to correct me on this manner of thinking, please feel welcome to do so. Dave
