RE: Nomai.

Emory,

You'll notice a couple things:

1) Nomai plans on having the disks available to ship in two to three weeks.
2) Iomega's temporary restraining order based on copyright and patent infringement against Nomai will be heard by the court in less than two weeks.

Just in time to turn that boatload of knockoff disks around and bring them back to France...

Nomai is used to dealing with companies like SyQuest. They'll have their hands full dealing with Iomega. Iomega has very deep pockets to fund any legal battles necessary to defend their intellectual property.

I'm glad that Iomega is getting to sharpen their legal skills against a company like Nomai rather than a big, well-established company.
