Roman historical sources say Jesus was crucified under Pilate and we know from both the NT, Tacitus, Josephus and Tacitus when he was procurator in Jerusalem (26-36 AD). Jesus approximate age (its not given precisely) at that time per the Gospels would fit with the 4BC-7AD range, which is a lot less than the 30 year range you claim.

At any rate, the fact we don't know the precise date or year of his birth applies to pretty much all figures in ancient history .... Charlemagne, Alexander the Great, whomever. Slight imprecision in dating is no problem.

As I stated, we don't have birth certificates for anyone in ancient times. That doesn't mean much. It certainly doesn't mean there's no real evidence of Jesus's existence as you claimed .... speaking of Charlemagne and Jesus you said:

Yes, because there is real evidence of his existence.

Show me a birth certificate for Jesus.

There is real evidence of both their existence.

Furthermore all 4 books of the bible that talk about his birth were written well after he was purported to have died.

And you can say the same about everyone in ancient history.

Furthermore, a Jesus-like character is found in almost every major religion of that time.

Thats something people lie about a lot. Its not really true.

One example is Mohammad in the Muslim religion.

There's an example. Mohammed isn't really an equivalent in Islam to what Jesus is in Christianity.

Hey, why aren't you saying there's no real evidence of Mohammed's existence?
