Great questions, hopefully we get some answers soon.

I didn't know enough about TVGuide financials to understand
how this deal would impact GMST in the intermediate term.

The heavy selling over the past two days made me question if there is something in the TVGuide financials that are a bit, shall we say, odorous?

I would love to see someone post over here that has followed TVGuide for some time and do their best to shed a little light on the company.

If Henry "can whip them into a lean organization" as you say that would certainly alleviate concerns.

And yes, I think the 3 co-presidents is troubling. Perhaps it stems from the "strange beast" nature of TVGuide's business model? I wonder about the Annenberg influence here.
