As a side note....

Of course the courts dismissed Alrarex's request for "Biomira to produce evidence of their claims". Biomira owns the freakin patent already, and the presumption is that their claim is valid (in fact, it is undisputed). The question is whether or not Altarex's invention infringes on that patent. Biomira isn't obligated to hand over additional proprietary information to a company accused of stealing their patent.

All of the presumptions are in Biomira's favor. As I've said before, the basis of the science in question pre-dates the existance of Altarex. Altarex will have to prove that their invention is unique from the existing patented invention by Biomira. Biomira is EXTREMELY confident that Altarex cannot do that.
