Written by Suh Ik-jae, it's more likely we're losing the translation of the conjugation of "change" from Korean into the future pluperfect (??)or whatever. Certainly they would have to change production plans if CDMA2000 production needs change..., not yet "Therefore, we will have to change our projects"
