Hello Fuddle Agreed, but buying and appreciation of SUF because of Messina will not be speculative fervor, but rather calm rational investment and steady increase up to its projected NAV and P/E ratio. Speculation in SUF because of new exploration discoveries will on the other hand be somewhat more heated. Regards
