...how much notice...? If they have restricted shares (pre-IPO owners, but not option plan shares), they file a 144 and sell as soon or as long after they file as they like. Registered shares can be sold without any notice to anyone. They file a Form 4 after the fact (first week of the next month for sales in that month I think). Bob
