To follow up on the TA.... If the stock was going to start a major downtrend it most defintely would have gapped below the congestion zone of the past 2 to 3 months but it didn't. This among other reasons technically speaking tells me this is nothing more than a shakeout of weak holders!! Don't get to excited bears this minor downtrend is about over.
