Halyard Health, Inc. (HYH) - closed out HYH for 15% gain put proceeds into SNI

I liked that SNI wants to buy the entire stake in the Polish network (as long as they do not pay too much). They should be able to squeeze out some good FCF and get their growth going again.

This is the lowest priced media companies I have seen when looking at Forward PE. It will be interesting to see what their financials look like after 24 months. I am not too sure what it takes to develop new shows and/or how long FCF last from earlier productions.

This is my only real 'pure' play in media content development. I like the sector but most everything is quite expensive.
