DataBeam Emerges As Technology Leader In H.323 Component Market DataBeam(R) Corp. today announced a series of H.323 industry-leading initiatives in conjunction with the Voice on the Net (VON) conference being held in Boston this week. The company announced new components of its H.323 Toolkit Series, the H.323 Gatekeeper Toolkit and Locator Toolkit, as well as a series of licensing agreements with key third-party vendors.
