Again, I appreciate the insight

I do like the concept plus GLE's niche with the SO track of the FC technology (which I think is closer to realizing commercial reality than PEM)

I was close to pulling the trigger on GLE, but, the recent UPPER management change (as yet understood by me) has given me pause to further consider the matter.
