thebeach, what do you mean by "being acquired in the open market"? Are you suggesting LU (or some other suitor) is buying ASND shares in the open market to buy some substantial percentage? If so, this is way off base, and not really possible. This would constitute a hostile takeover situation. Its virtually unheard of in the tech industry, where what a company is really acquiring is a management team and IP (intellectual property). Last example (which was wildly unsuccessful) I can think of was CA trying to acquire CSC. Gary
