and a command center for them to wait to blow them up. You also needed others to monitor the planes and guide them to their destinations (both the ones that hit buildings, and the one that disappeared while a missle really hit the pentagon).

Also, see Rudy Guliani’s testimony before the 9/11 Commission on May 19, 2004 regarding the Tripod II war game scheduled for September 12 in NYC, which provided a fully equipped and operational command center:
"... the reason Pier 92 was selected as a command center was because on the next day, on September 12, Pier 92 was going to have a drill, it had hundreds of people here, from FEMA, from the Federal Government, from the State, from the State Emergency Management Office, and they were getting ready for a drill for biochemical attack. So that was gonna be the place they were going to have the drill. The equipment was already there, so we were able to establish a command center there, within three days, that was two and a half to three times bigger than the command center that we had lost at 7 World Trade Center. And it was from there that the rest of the search and rescue effort was completed."
You'd need the complicity of the Congressional committee that reviewed the evidence not to notice

Philip Kelikow, executive director and agenda setter of the 9/11 Commission (and a top advisor to both Bush administrations), was a member of the 2000/2001 Bush/Cheney transition team working alongside long-time friend and associate Condoleeza Rice, with whom he co-authored a book in 1999:

Unfortunately, The 9/11 Commission was a fraud and a whitewash, like the Warren report and many others before it.
Then who's pulling Cheney's strings, and why would they risk their demonic plan for world domination on a guy with a three heart attacks and had a quadruple cardiac bypass?
I don't believe in the whole illuminati thing. From Cheney's perspective, his poor health could have bolstered his sentiment that he had nothing to lose.
So what's Cheney get
A pretext for U.S. domination of the world's oil reserves and the loss of civil liberties at home to deal with the coming energy famine and related chaos.
