"Beginning next month, SanDisk MultiMediaCards will be available at retail in Japan and Europe. Worldwide sales will start this summer. The MultiMediaCard will initially be sold at retail in 4, 8, 16 and 30MB capacities with suggested retail prices of $40,$50, $80 and $130 respectively. "

Let's hope the asian flu is truly past us and that market grows as some experts are predicting. One of the things that killed the stock in October 1997 and subsequent qtrs was the demise of the asian market.
