IMO a split would be delutive only if the share were thrown into the open market. If I owned 100 shares of ATPX (forever)and they split I would now have 200 shares of the same stock with the same value as the 100 shares presplit, thus I have lost nothing and now own 200 shares of a solid co. Given the potential of the Co (ATPX) (forever) I stand a great chance of making more money then before. Other people begin to see the true value of such a solid co. and begin to buy their (LONG TERM) shares thus driving up the price of my (forever) holdings.
