Actually, you do get holes like that in various places -- BC, Chile, Peru, Mongolia, etc.. -- but it is certainly impressive. If only Arras was listed so it mattered.

The problems in Kazakhstan would certainly cause a discount to Arras' share price if it actually had a share price.

It is looking more and more to me like management wants to escape altogether from the morass in Mexico and light out for Central Asia. If they really do list the Arras shares that would be the only asset of SVB's that has any value at all.
