Kevin, You need to know which Sto setting you are using. And if it's a long term or short term setting. The Sto Period settings determine how fast the fast and slow line travel from top to bottom. If you see 80 on the NOV chart you are using a short term indicator. The Weekly Sto goes from top to bottom but it's based on the Weekly Data. The daily Sto may make several tops and bottoms as the Weekly reaches from bottom to top. You need some Charting Books. Search SI for Books you may turn up some good recommendations. Ray
