Nothing really, that is why I was a little surprised. You probably better off listening to the CC than me explaining it to, but here is a try,

Niles asked since AMD was short in manufacturing last quarter AMD should have a bigger back log this quarter.

Sanders started his response by saying that Niles by asking that question clearly demonstrated his lack of understanding for the industry. I assume the conflict goes back a little while. Sanders went on to explain how the OEM ordering really works as they try to coordinate all computer supplies (motherboard, case, etc) at the same time. So if they are not confident about the CPU supplies they choose different paths, OEM's do not order in advance the same way Niles was assuming.

Niles at the end sarcastically thanked sanders for the "education". It was really funny.
