No one has mentioned that it was stated that Q2 break-even requires $850 million in revenue. That's 220 million more than this quarter.

Also, I have noticed that K6-2 450 is available at retail. At Office Max the other day I saw K6-2 450 systems from Compaq and IBM. A 400, a 380, and a 350 system. All the IBM systems I saw at Office Max were K6-2 based. I also can't help but notice that two companies that heavily use the K6-2 (Compaq and IBM) are losing a lot of money in the PC business, while Dell and HP are making a lot of money selling Intel (I know HP also uses AMD, but they sell more Intel). At any rate, better product mix is confirmed at retail and, with help from the K6-III, I expect higher ASP this quarter.

As for K7, my guess is 10,000 in Q2, 100,000 in Q3, and 300,000 in Q4; all at an ASP of about $500.

Pravin.
