Bush took office on Jan 20, 2001. The WTC went down on Sept 11, 2001. Bush had been in office 7 months when the terrorists hit America. According to Powell, most of the Administration thought the threat lie outside U.S. borders. Clinton ostensibly didn't brief Bush about internal terrorists at all and neither did Clarke. At best Clarke warned of terrorist sites in Afghanistan, hardly anything Bush had not already known. The evidence shows that Bush had a plan to deal with Al Qaeda's Taliban government in Afghanistan, though in office a mere 7 months and though having to populate his administration against hostile leftists in Congress news.bbc.co.uk. Unlike Bush, Clinton had 8 entire years and had even taken a hit from the terrorists right here on U.S. soil and he did nothing about it. Apparently that pleases leftists because they never complained about it. But they actually take to the streets when Bush sets fire to the feet of the terrorists. Leftists are just worthless. If America elects Kerry as its leader, then America deserves to get hit again because the truth is right before you, Bush is following it and you are rejecting it - as usual.
