BT Alex Brown...who has continued a BUY on IDTC and to be vocal has now gone silent...restricted from talking about IDTC...sounds like they're probably involved with the Net2Phone IPO...or some other behind the scene deal... 3. IDTC has been on a heavy PR campaign for weeks...most likely more early next week... 4. Many willing buyers...watching for a move...not to mention the short position...strong support at $14 A 'feelgood rally' in the NASD is likely...worth keeping a close eye on IDTC... SR
