Ron: If you go back in this post, you will see a considerable amount of debates about what the company does and where it is going. So, please review these posts. To my understanding, the company had hoped that the result of its third phase (a couple months ago) would be as expected so the company can develop a medicine for prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. But the resuls weren't as expected and the market reacted very negatively. I reveiwed the finacial statements and the share value of the company, and decided to buy some share a couple of weeks ago. The company intends to re-introduce its results to FDA (that's what they say), but there is no reason to believe that they will be successful... I cannot tell you buy, sell, or hold. But I bought some stocks a couple of weeks ago in a hope that my speculation would pay. The last couple of days there has been good volume (high interest) transactions for the stocks. Good luck.
