Re: TWMC, thanks for scrutinizing my math. The bottom line is you're right regardless of the what value you attribute to the legacy business. I went back to the 10Q and I'm calculating $0.44 cash&e/ sh and only $3.15/ sh if you include inventories discounted at 70% (I'm ascribing no value to "other current"). Not nearly the required margin of safety.
