elroy-- no i hesitate to say...its a small brokerage in texas. i dont want rumors to start. i can see it now...its here tomorrow, and int he sunday business section of the DMN or houston chronicle. supposedly they will be able to issue a check tomorrow. i hope so...the client is using it to pay me<G>. and with the dow at 8300 all i can think about is getting enough cash to buy puts. anyway, thanks for the info. good luck to all, trey
