I know who Bill Cohen is! He's the guy who testified to the 9.11 Commission, that there were links that tied al Qaeda to Iraq, and the development/manufacture of chemical weapons in the Sudan. He said that the links between al Qaeda - Iraq - VX were strong enough that he recommended that the President (Clinton), bomb the only pharmeceutical plant in the third world nation, the Sudan - and he said that he'd do it again.

I think we can agree, that Secretary Cohen was probably better than President Clinton's first Secretary of Defense.
