I have seen figures around $6300 Viracept and around $6000 for Crix,
user price/year. Profit margin is usually 60-80 % for new drugs.

Remember that these "coctails" of many drugs increase the total market. With upcoming royalties from world-wide sales, my own efforts of trying to estimate next years revenue have yielded such numbers that I don't even dare tell. I'm lookin into buying option calls.

I suppose we will soon get the first sales reports.

I think they will pleasant reading.
