I spoke to Wave Systems and their investor relations people the day after the
Nasdaq notification. They could not disclose what plans Wave was going to propose to retain the listing. I really did not expect an answer.

Today, companies more than ever, have to be careful with any kind of statement that could be construed as a statement of fact. I believe Wave is optimistic. I guess we will find out on the 11th. Maybe the Spragues will walk in with a draft of a PC deal. Who knows?? (only wishful thinking on my part)
