DCTH (if you're not averse to hearing about OTC BB stocks) is up about 16% on a continued uptrend from yesterday's news that they've accepted their first patient for Phase III trials. The develop delivery systems for chemo drugs as opposed to chemo drugs themselves. This particular trial is for inoperable liver cancer in which they deliver the chemo drug directly to the liver through the hepatic artery. biz.yahoo.com
