However, dominating your competition like MSFT and INTC do seems to be considered a crime by the gov, DOJ etc. It is hypocritical that the government goes after INTC and MSFT because they are companies that dominate their respective fields. They argue that these types of companies must be held to a higher standard. Yet a guy like TK who has equal dominance in his respective field, is ignored and is not held to an equally high standard.
