Milk, That would further confuse me...If CVIA's ownership of Phipps was reduced from 100% to 25%, then the cash flow should be in CVIA's favor. Looks like Jack's accountant will have his work cut out for him if they have an inkling of a dream to become or stay fully reporting. I hope Jack has not been building his own scaffold with all the bad advice he's been getting. When all is said and done, its his fingerprints on all of this... GJC
