Despite the Momo nature of the market currently, where fewer and fewer stocks seem to carry the market upwards, while many stocks flounder, I did buy some value stocks today:
APA - cheap and relatively safe E&P with a good balance sheet
SFTBY - Softbank, trading way below asset value, good man payment and strong capital allocator
FLR - relatively cheap infrastructure company with great balance sheet and good management, strong cash flow
