Eight or ten super tallented people people do not neccessarily make a team. Banning may have the leadership skills and experience to make a team and get the team and company functioning at its best. You have to give the guy credit for taking on the challenge at the very least. I am sure that there are a lot of shareholders who will have ideas and suggestions about how to get this boat sailing straight. Looks like he takes over the helm on March 1st. In the mean time I guess we just watch the PM prices and wish that we were mining. Looks like there could be some very solid earnings from Messina.
