Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) warned that using reconciliation to block a GOP filibuster and pass healthcare legislation could destroy the fabric of the Senate, but the explosion that some insiders expected never happened. McCain has his hands full...palin has to go there to talk him up against a challenge by JD Hayworth... Was that embarrassing or what? Having to have this three time loser from Alaska speak up for him. And the worst part, they only came to see her and would leave when he started talking. The guy needs to retire.......asap. BTW, have you ever listened to him? After having been voted out of office he now makes a living on radio as a rush limbaugh wannabe...this fine fellow really sounds dumb, so a real natural attraction for the tea party aficionados....a good case study for the radicalization of the republican party. I think dumbness sells in the GOP. I think most R constituents aren't too bright themselves and they don't want their leaders to be much brighter. Have you listened to any of the GOP senators speak? Its stunning how stupid and uninformed they are......stunning!
