It would appear that way. The latest T announcement surprised the hell out of me. They are positioned such that they can save themselves and then they go and suggest something that will get them shunned. LU could have been a contender too, but they held on to the circuit switch stuff too long. I know that they have been practically giving away PBXs for as long as the past 18months. This is going to kill the revenue stream. I think that their ASND acquisition was a mistake as it pointed them down the wrong path and it was a big enough acquisition that they couldn't say "oops, my bad, let's rethink this".

I think that their perceptions of themselves (LU/T) and their ability to sway customers back into the safety of the old world may have harmed them.

NT is positioned far better than LU.
