It must be true but I don't think these guys will ever graduate,I heard they just take up the space for 6-10 years on government dough but never make it to the end,finally they are thrown out after so many tries,the sad thing is that they prevent other qualified students from entering these colleges by taking up valuable space. I don't know how anybody with 15-20% marks can even spell their name right let alone go to medical or engineering college,I wonder which idiot came up with this law? Must be somebody like that world-class clown and village idiot Lalu Prasad Yadav. All I can say is god have mercy.
