(Nasdaq: CCSI) announced that, during the third quarter ending September 30, 1999, the Company completed shipments of the first 300 Colormate(R) Tlc-BiliTest(R) System units and 130,000 Tlc-Lensette(TM) calibration standards due under the initial order delivery requirements of its agreement with its new distribution partner in the United States, Datex-Ohmeda and its Ohmeda Medical Division. The Company also announced that its U.S. distribution partner will be launching the Colormate(R) Tlc-BiliTest(R) System at two major medical conventions this quarter, the American Academy of Pediatrics' (AAP) Annual Meeting October 9-13 in Washington DC and the National Association of Neonatal Nurses' (NANN) Annual Meeting December 12-16 in Orlando, Florida. At both of these conventions, Ohmeda will be showcasing the Company's non-invasive bilirubin monitoring system for newborns as the highlight of its new total Infant Jaundice Management product line.
