Did Mineta somehow issue a blanket "do not question me" pass for young men from countries like Syria, Saudi Arabia, and Yemen, while grandmothers are pulled aside for questioning?

This is the question Norm was asked during a "60 Minutes" interview shortly after 9/11. He said the elderly grandmother was subject to search...just like everyone else.

In spite of it all, how can this man continue to survive?
