Seems December has lite the fire for M & A activity. Big deals being finalized, and big deals in the works. I'm sure some companies are waiting in the wings to see what develops and how it might effect their business. Some of these deals are most likely to flush out those with cash or stock. This activity has to be a boon to investment banking firms. I mentioned earlier GE has stated its ready to cool down it's activity. As were now seeing. There are other big fish out there beside GE. I suspect we might be hearing from P & G in the coming months.
