The good news is that I played the market right yesterday

Me too. And this morning as well.

and did not give it all back today.

I gave back about half....Kept trying to catch falling knives. Really bummed me out. The best one: went long AMCC at 166 1/2. Hit my limit at 163 and took me out. Then proceeded to march right up to the 180 in like 20 minutes. Gotta love those.
