This winter was one of the mildest in Seattle's history. About two weeks ago, on a day where it was nearly 70º, they gave the 90 day forecast......above normal temps and below normal precipitation. They also predicted that this summer would be hotter and drier than normal. Since that announcement, almost every day has been colder than normal and its been raining like a SOB. So much for those advancements in weather prediction. ;-)
