CTAC (19-5/8, up 3-3/4) announced the cancellation of a planned secondary. Last quarter's earnings were 25 cents, a huge positive surprise. They sell contacts via a 1-800 number, along with growing Internet sales. The stock was 23-24 at the time of the earnings release and has been tanking due to the announced secondary.
