To anyone In reading news came across this. In searching it sounds like previous shareholders have been disappointed regarding AUT.A:TSE. What caused the share price to tank? newswire.ca From release e-Net has signed a conditional letter agreement to amalgamate with Autrex Inc.(AUT.A, AUT.B/TSE). The consolidation is scheduled for completion, subject to TSE approval and Autrex shareholder approval, in September, 1999.
