It was a shell that completed a reverse merger
with Metwood, Inc. per the 8K issued 7/17/2000.

- I spoke to a secretary (540-992-6028) at the
company. They are growing and moving to a new
location.
- They are just starting to broadcast commercials
on TNT & Entertainment cable stations.
- They are negotiating with Lowes.
- They have 2 patents for their products and
have other patents pending.
- Appears they will have about 12mil O/S shares
and a very small float.

shares of the Company, an Agreement an Plan of
Reorganization between EMC Energies, Inc. and
Metwood, Inc. was approved, whereby 10,000,000
shares of EMC Energies, Inc. was exchanged for the
issued and outstanding shares of Metwood, Inc.,
effective June 30, 2000.
