Think about that for a minute. Either people are uninsured because they can't afford it or they choose not to pay.

If they can't afford it, we're going to be stuck with their bill one way or another.

If they can afford it, the fact that they don't pay their bills just means they willing to dodge their legal obligations. And with ObamaCare specifically prohibiting enforcement, they're not going to change their ways.

That last part is the trick to paying for ObamaCare. Getting the healthy, uninsured folks to pay. Otherwise, we're all going to get jacked like you did when you got the bill for your spider bite.
