This is how the conversation went verbatum.
Called the phone lady.
M) Hi this is Joe or Tokyo Mex may I speak to Jim?

IR) Who is this ?
Why do you disguise your name ?
M) What I am Joe known as TokyoMex, I spoke to you last week.
IR) Oh OK
M) Do you know a co called Atlanta?
IR) Yes I do
M) Do you know of their reputation ?
IR) Yes I heard H&K was a crook and they didnt know about it.
M) Well now you know why would you use them? Did you know that they were being sued by SEC and share holders?
IR) They are doing a good job and we see no reason not too. We signed the contract before all these s--t happened.
M) So when was the contract signed with Atlanta
IR) I dont know a few months back
M) So it was in Augustish or so ? Whose decision was it to use them ?
IR) Mine and cos yes Aug or so
M) Would it make a sense for CEO to change the PR co from business sense with what you know now? Many investors are worried.
IR) I dont give F--K !
M) What you dont give a F--K about investors being worried ?
And you dont give a F--K if investors dump 2 million shares at the open ?

I was simply flabbergasted and thats how the conversation ended.
I will stand in any testimonials and will repeat this with my hand on the bible.
By this time I am troubled.
And I read Tontos posts and Mattys so I say to my self may be I am being nervous nellie and I am watching the ticker, I call my friend VP of Whale Sec and ask him "Paul what the hells going on with this ?
He says "Joe with these kind of volume and price not going up means a lot of papers are being printed."
All the faces of my AOL and TPRO friends are hovering now front of my eyes. And all the price they paid for each transaction.
I am told CEO will be back in the office at 1:30, I ask for celluar no. It was refused. I call back again this time woman says 12:30 , ticker shows down .02.
It was 11 ish and I have to go to work at my restaurant,
I send out EM to all dump it !
Ask the questions later.
Only 1/4 of them got the EM since most of them have day time jobs.
I am at the rest I see Tontos posts on CEO and employee nos dont jibe and I see that CEO is a financila guy not a techie as I hoped.
So I call back and am told he went out. I get a call back at 3PM and we talked for nearly 30 minutes.
Thats the circumstances my friend.
I believe whether this stock goes to roof as I originally thought or not I dont think I will be doing any business with these people.
As for picking every word I said and analsing it to see what kind of BSer I am ? I leave it up to you.
For last time I will make my case clear.
I do not own any shares of NETZ.
I do not short this.
I dont wish it to tank.
I am a nut case , yes its very true and this continuing saga proves it.
I just hate people make false accusations or presumptions about my inner soul. For I have never f--ed over any one here or any where with malice.
I don think any one here lost any money due to my actions today or due to my DD.
If the stock was so great the rest of the world would have discovered it.

Well like I said AL I need following answers in order for me to buy buy buy.
1) Why does CEO own 1.2 million shares but don't know the actual shares out and the float.
2) why does CEO say he has no idea on the co fincials, and it can only be answered by the Chairman, who is a British subject livng in London and hedoesnt have his tel no.
3) Why when asked CEO dont know the exact no of current no of clients. But some where betweej 10 and 15.
4) Why is CEO telling me that he was in NY on Fri meeting with MMs, while telling young Matty he was meeting with Bellicore. Even if he was meeting with MMs for investor financing, how van he cope with MMs, when he doesnt know the financials.
5) I asked CEO where are the ads? the actual ads for Honda, United Airlines. He said he will EM me URLS, still have not received it.
By the I asked young Matty and no one here on this board has seen the ads !!!!!!
6) Why did the rev for 98 jump to 24 mil from 13 million of a week ago with any financial data or a business plan, where do they come up with these numbers.
7) There are too many series of great news hitting the wire like its X-mas every day. Yet the price in view of the volume doesnt reflect the added value does it.
8)Why doesnt CEO dont know about Reg-S shares ? Saying he is new being a public company officer only no wfor 2 mos, yet as Tonto have said he is a finalcial guy . He likes to see small cos grow LOL. He is in the wrong business if he dont know reg S and how many float. He should have learned it when he became the ceo of echo and VP of netmaster.
And you want to me forget all these isssues and say buy buy buy ?
sell sell sell ? sell we did on Fri with profit and rest of my buds will decide on Mon whether to sell or buy more after we have spoken with CEO .
Mean while I can spend anothr hour here putting holes in your story Al, but Limo juist came now so off to links, you are not worth spending any more time on ......
