...and indeed it did. My holdings, while still nominal are now a bit larger as I added some at $7. I think management of this company has done a remarkable job, in several areas: in acquiring market share, in growing at a remarkable pace without imploding, and now of paring down staff as growth slows. With the PSR now a a reasonable level, under 3, and with the company still growing (though at a slower rate), I think that we will see this company recover in the future. Earnings for 2001 are now only projected at 9 cents, so the forward PE is about 78, but even that isn't bad. I'm in this stock primarily because I think management has done a very good job.

The negative is that in order to make this quarter they probably backloaded the quarter and depleted backlog. I see that DSO is up slightly and that deferred revenue is down. The levels aren't alarming, but they do explain why they lowered guidance for this quarter to $100 million.
